These terms govern the growth services provided by Mmedia to its clients under a separate service agreement.

Services

Mmedia operates an AI-driven growth platform that creates and manages campaigns on advertising platforms (such as Google Ads) on behalf of clients, using official APIs and client authorization.

Account ownership

• Clients own their advertising accounts, billing relationships, advertising data, and business data.
• Advertising media costs are paid by the client directly to the advertising platform. Mmedia does not handle client advertising funds.
• Clients may revoke Mmedia's account access at any time.

Transparency

Clients receive regular reporting on advertising spend and performance, including experiments that did not succeed. Mmedia does not guarantee specific advertising outcomes.

Intellectual property

The platform software, algorithms, and infrastructure remain the property of Mmedia.
